Rachel has been studying yoga for almost 20 years. She has her 200 RYT from Yogafit and is currently working towards her 500RYT. She also has additional training in warrior yoga, prenatal yoga, and yoga for children. Rachel teaches Vinyasa style classes that focus on coordinating the breath with movement and the integrity of the spine. In addition to yoga, Rachel teaches ballet and is pursuing her MFA in dance.
