Yoga for Anxiety with Corn

This course is a four week long series designed to give participants the tools that will allow you to deal with day to day anxiety and stress. We will learn about different poses that haven proven to alleviate anxiety and lessen stress. We will also look at poses that should be avoided during stressful times. We'll learn how to to incorporate these poses into a daily practice that's simple and easy. We will gain an deeper understanding of how the brain processes situations, and how to reroute our bodies natural reactions to situations that can be stressful. Guest teacher Serena Lewis will guide you through yoga philosophy and how to deal with fear.
This class will meet every Saturday in June from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Register online or in studio. Please be mindful that no refunds will be given after May 31st.
